Transitions of Western Illinois

Transitions of Western Illinois is a community-based, not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1955.  Transitions provides affordable services to assist people of all ages and all abilities move forward with their lives.  Transitions serves children and adults who have developmental delays and/or disabilities, children and adults who have a serious mental illness, and children and adults who have no disability, but who are struggling with a life problem that could affect any of us.  

Services include outpatient counseling and psychiatric services, crisis intervention services, educational services, vocational training, independent living skills and residential services.   

Transitions is located at 4409 Maine Street in Quincy, IL.  Transitions' vocational and life skills training services are located at 631 N. 48th Street, also in Quincy.
