Mississippi Thespians
The Mississippi Thespians, the youngest Civil War Reenactors in the United States, are now recruiting new members. This student Civil War reenacting troupe is a group of student living historians who educate area schools, attend reenactments throughout the tri-states and promote a lifelong love of history.
Student members range in age from fourth to 12th grade and bring to life historical and fictional period composite characters from the 1800s.
The Mississippi Thespians will sponsor the Civil War Military Ball in the spring.
