The Quincy Society of Fine Arts offers three free media services that provide organizations with the opportunity to further publicize their arts related information and events.
1) ARTS/QUINCY is a monthly publication of the Quincy Society of Fine Arts. ARTS/QUINCY is distributed free to QSFA members and QSFA member organizations. Arts related items for ARTS/QUINCY must be submitted EIGHT weeks prior to publication.
2) ARTS/QUINCY public service announcements are weekly 30 second spots airing on 16 local television and radio stations in addition to cable network for this area. Programs are taped approximately 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Contact Rob Dwyer at QSFA with your arts events to be announced.
3) RAVE! is a television program shown locally on CGEM Channel 18. Produced monthly by WGEM-TV and the Quincy Society of Fine Arts, it is funded in part by a marketing grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency. The program includes interviews with local artists, inside reports on upcoming productions and features on local exhibits.
