The Quincy Society of Fine Arts, America's 1st Community Arts Council, was founded in 1947. QSFA works to foster, strengthen and expand the language, visual and performing arts in Adams County, Illinois.
The Quincy Society of Fine Arts has received arts jobs preservation support from the Illinois Arts Council made possible by the National Endowment for the Arts through funds allocated from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
